It's the crop's Sheckles value at 1 kg with no mutations applied. Actual selling price scales up from there based on weight and any active mutations.
How is grow time different from harvest type?
Grow time is how long the seed takes to mature. Some crops are single-harvest (the plant is gone after one pick), others are multi-harvest (you can pick repeatedly from the same plant).
